I support women to claim their own power & birth free, in full embodiment - through deep nourishment, education & integrating past birth experiences.

  • Birth Debrief - £75 per session

    Online/In person in Cambridge

    1:1 hour long session

    This space is an intentional container to process lingering feelings and unanswered questions from your birth, whilst having your story witnessed exactly as you wish to tell it.

    It is a space for you to be honoured, recognised and celebrated for the rite of passage you have journeyed.

    A birth debrief is for ANY woman who has birthed a baby - whether that be an early miscarriage, live birth or stillbirth.

    All birth stories deserve to be heard, held and honoured.

  • Childbirth Education - £360

    online

    6 weeks, 2 hour class each week.

    I offer Matribirth Family (a chilbirth education course) alongside my good friend and fellow birthkeeper Katie Booth.

    This course is a deep dive into the essential knowledge needed to make fully informed decisions & plans about how to prepare for a birth in full allignment with your desires.

    In this course, together we’ll go on a journey to uncover your beliefs, commitments and unfiltered wants for your birth. You will leave with a comprehensive teaching on the physiology and process of birth, and how to curate the best environment to support this.

    I offer bespoke support packages to meet your unique, individual needs. The packages are curated together after a full in in-depth assessment of your situation and your required support needs.

    Every mother deserves to be deeply held and nourished during the childbirth continuum, to be held & witnessed so she can integrate the immense initiation into motherhood, and so she is resourced enough to care for her baby.

    Such services may include (but definitely not limited to): breastfeeding support, healing meal preparations, warm tea preparation, herbal yoni steaming facilitation, foot soaks, and a listening ear to deeply witness you.
