  • Birth Debrief/Birth Prep

    Online/In person in Cambridge

    1:1 hour long session

    Process lingering feelings and unanswered questions from your birth, and or prepare for a future birth, whilst having your story witnessed exactly as you wish to tell it.

    Untangling past experiences is a key part of rewriting the story for future births.

    6 weeks, 2 hour class each week.

    MatriBirth Family (a Free Birth Society chilbirth education course) taught in collaboration with my good friend and fellow birthkeeper Katie Booth, from Grounded Birth

    A deep dive into the knowledge needed to make fully informed decisions & plans for birth, in full alignment with your desires.

    I offer bespoke support packages to meet your unique, individual needs. The packages are curated together after a full in-depth assessment of your situation and your required support needs.
